GROWMARK Welcomes 87 Summer Interns

The GROWMARK System will welcome a new class of 87 interns for the summer of 2026, starting  May 18. Through a competitive application process, interns were selected for placement in two different internship programs within the GROWMARK System.

The Exploring Agriculture Internship Program welcomes 42 students whose internships will focus on operations, equipment, and technology for scouting, facilities, maintenance and repair, and learning about the GROWMARK System. This program is designed for first— or second-year college students seeking to explore agriculture as a potential career path.

The GROWMARK Internship Program welcomes 45 students whose internships will be business-focused, with opportunities for networking and development throughout the summer. The GROWMARK intern class provides students with exposure to areas such as business, sales and marketing, human resources, accounting, IT innovation, and product- and service-related activities.

“We’re proud to welcome our next group of interns and provide them with a hands-on, meaningful experience that connects what they’ve learned in the classroom with real-world careers,” said Kayla Tobias, GROWMARK’s senior talent acquisition manager. “These programs are designed to help students explore their interests, build practical skills, and gain a clearer understanding of the diverse career paths available in the agriculture industry as they prepare for life after graduation.”
