GROWMARK, Inc. announced that its Chairman of the Board and President, Kevin Malchine, will transition from his current role as Chairman and President while continuing to serve the last year of this three-year term on the GROWMARK Board of Directors as a standard board member. The GROWMARK Board will select the next Chairman of the Board and President following the August Annual Meeting.
