Q: What is changing?

A: Carriers will be issued GROWMARK order numbers (ex: 2003123456). Release numbers, where required, will now be issued when a driver checks into LoadCheck.

Q: How will these changes benefit carriers?

A: 1. Linking an order to a release number at time of hauling allows the system to pull up to date information and decreases the chance of a delay in loading.

2. LoadCheck allows you to upload a BOL immediately and seamlessly share that image and shipping information with any necessary parties, such as billing teams.

Q: What if an issued release number isn’t working at the terminal?

A: Drivers will have the ability to report any release number issues in the app and have a new release number issued automatically without requiring a phone call.

Q: What happens to an order that I check into but don’t end up hauling?

A: Users can cancel a check in with one click. The release number assigned should be considered void. The GROWMARK order number remains valid. Drivers must check in again to assign a new release number when ready to haul.

Q: What are best practices to ensure checking into orders goes smoothly?

A: GROWMARK encourages drivers to sign into the app and check in their order when they are ready to head to the terminal.
