Individual will learn to operate and maintain agronomy
equipment while servicing the needs of customers and
assisting with crops sales. Positions available in
Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities Include:
- Learn to perform warehouse and agronomy plant
operations
- Learn how to maintain equipment and facility
-
Assist crops specialist with crop scouting and soil
sampling when needed
- Assist with over-the-counter sales of agronomy
products and services
- Assist other departments with delivery and
maintenance when needed
Requirements Include:
- A custom applicator license and CDL with hazmat
endorsements or the ability to acquire licenses
- Proven work ethic
- Experience operating farm equipment
- Prefer at least a two-year degree in an
agricultural-related field
- Good mechanical skills
- Self starter with good communication and math skills
