OUTREACH AND PARTNERSHIPS
GROWMARK takes it a step further by engaging in proactive outreach efforts to achieve workforce diversity. We cast our recruiting net wide to reach an array of local diversity groups and associations. We partner and build meaningful relationships with these resources to produce diversity in our candidate pool. GROWMARK is also an active member of the Center for Workplace Compliance,
IAA Family of Companies Military Support Group, and sponsors local chapters of
American Agri-Women and
Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences (MANRRS). We participate in the
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Statement of Support program pledging to support the military service of our employees. Additionally, we engage in partnerships with
Student Veterans of America and other local
Disability Resources Groups.
